The Santa Fe community has benefitted from Personal Chef Brian L. Lenius’ culinary innovations since 2007 when he began providing clients with meals ranging from intimate gatherings with friends to lively celebrations.
Born and raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, he knew great food from an early age. The availability of fresh milk, beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables, and the knowledge of where it came from, gave Brian the foundation of his culinary focus; fresh, local, and if possible, home grown.
