Canyon Vista Cooking is a personal chef service owned and operated by Brian Lenius. As a personal chef, Brian is able to craft menus to suit your tastes and desires. Whether you are planning a dinner party for clients, a cocktail reception for an honored guest, or would just like a professional to come in and create a delicious weeknight dinner for the family, all your wishes can be accommodated. Brian will select only the finest ingredients from local and organic sources, freshly prepare them, and serve them in your home.
