A true Milwaukee wedding.
I had the great privilege of cooking for two great friends on their wedding day a week ago Saturday. I rarely do weddings, but this one was special. After a long series of mishaps and delays, we finally put together a celebration worthy of Tre and Suzanne. The true hit of the party seemed to be the "beer can chicken", rubbed with butter, hot sauce, and celery salt, and cooked on an authentic Miller High Life keg converted into a charcoal grill. A special thanks to Chef Eric Lasseter of Serenade Personal Chefs in Milwaukee for helping put the meal together. Congratulations to the happy couple!
